How It Works

• Intake:  When you contact us, we will send you new patient intake forms to fill out.  This will help us learn about your medical history.

• Consultation:  We will schedule your free initial consultation when you contact us.  During this consultation, we will discuss your medical history, symptoms, and begin to develop your personalized plan of care.

• Labs:  After the initial consultation, you will need to have some bloodwork completed.  You can choose to have us draw your labs and send to our contracted lab for our discounted cash payment rates, or you can choose to have lab orders sent to your local lab if you prefer to use your insurance. We can send lab orders anywhere in Washington or Oregon.

• Membership: Most of our services are a subscription model.  Your monthly subscription includes the initial consultation, therapies, and follow-up visits.  Labs and additional medications are in addition to membership price.
